LBJ to the NFL 4:46 PM
We don't want to feed to rumor mill anymore than need be, but you got to admit Lebron looked good in that Cleveland Browns uniform when he filmed that commercial...perhaps a little too good. You heard it here first and now espn has taken the time to give the situation the thought it deserves. In a recent article, espn interviewed several scouts and NFL experts who pretty much agreed that if Lebron decided to leave the NBA for the NFL, he would be one of the top recievers in the league. There have been a lot of two-sport athletes over the years, but Lebron would really take it to a new level. More information on the possibilities here.

Kobe/Lebron Vitamin Water 9:46 PM
Nike is not the only one banking on a Kobe/Lebron Finals. Vitamin Water also has a stake in the event, and while their commercial does not involve puppets, it does get you amped for the potential match up. The best part is at 8 seconds when the bell hop chucks the bag in support of Kobe.

Wolf Moon T-Shirt 12:10 PM

I believe we all remember that certain individual in elementary school who wore the 'three wolves howling at the moon t-shirt,' as cool as that person and shirt was then, the shirt is now hottest item on the internet. So hot in fact that it was the #1 selling item on Amazon last week according to this enlightening article on the powers of wolves seen here. To get your own t-shirt and feel its powers for yourself, click here...or call up that old friend who, in all likelihood knowing the people who wore the shirt, probably still has it.

Dos Equis 'Most Interesting Man in the World' 4:45 PM
Beer commercials always seem to be the best, but I would really like the shake the hand of mind behind Dos Equis' "Most Interesting Man in the World Campaign." This commercial is full of some of the best one-liners on television, including "He lives vicariously through himself" "I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis" and finally "He once had an awkward moment, just to see what is was like."

Heineken 'Let a Stranger Drive You Home' 11:52 AM
With the NBA playoffs in full swing, we are seeing some fresh commercials on the airwaves. While some people can't get over Jack in Box's 'Mini Sirloin Burgers,' the subtle humor and wit of Heineken's new 'Let a Stranger Drive You Home' commercial makes for one of the best advertisements of the season. Allow me to break it down for you, first of all the song makes the ad, 'Just a Friend' by Biz Markie because we have all heard it before. Then you see people in the cab enjoying the music, again something that we can all relate to. But the commercial takes a humorous turn when we see the driver as an old white man singing right along with the rest of the cab...genius. Add to it, the positive message and the not blatant branding by Heineken and the result is classic.

Invisible Car 4:54 PM

Yes there really is a car there! This British artist takes camouflage to a whole new level with her disappearing car piece. It took the art student three weeks to completely conceal the vehicle. Of course it all comes down to money, so she had to put it a plug for the local recycling firm that donated the vehicle. Advertising platform or not, the image is fresh. Read more here.
