We're not saying it is going to taste good, but any beer with a name like Tactical Nuclear Penguin has got to be Fresh. With its 32 proof alcohol content, it might be just the beer you need to make it through those rough holiday dinners this year. The beer is made is Scotland by brewery that proudly describes itself as making, ""progressive, craft beers."
